Randy has been with Parkview Capital Partners since its inception in 1994. Randy is currently CFO and Senior Vice President of Vector Aerospace. He was CFO of Northstar Aerospace from 2002 to 2004.

Previous to his Parkview-related activities he was the Chief Financial Officer of the Alpha Lumber Group. Randy is a Chartered Accountant and started his career in accounting, becoming a Principal at Coopers & Lybrand.

Randy has substantial experience in financial management, information systems and control, and expertise across the capital structure. His work has covered all aspects of transactions: arranging, negotiating and structuring complex debt instruments in both Canada and the United States, negotiating acquisitions and divestitures, deal structuring, recapitalization and liquidity events including IPOs and secondary market transactions.

Mr. Levine is a Chartered Accountant and received his Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from the University of Toronto.
