Parkview's Founder, Chairman and CEO has over thirty years in senior executive positions in a broad range of industries in Canada, the United States and internationally. His career includes both entrepreneurial and corporate involvement.

Don is currently Chairman, President and CEO of Vector Aerospace Corporation. He is Executive Chairman of Northstar Aerospace and Chairman of Active Mold and Design. Don was the driving force behind the acquisition and building of Capital Tool and Design Limited, which sold to a private equity group, yielding very significant returns to shareholders.

Prior to founding Parkview, Don was President and CEO of Laidlaw Inc. and held senior executive positions at John Labatt Company, Trimac Limited and Tricil Limited. He founded Rentway Canada, a business he subsequently sold to Trimac.

Don has served on the Boards of Capital Tool and Design, Derlan Industries and Tritech Precision. He is a member of the Advisory Board for the University of Western Ontario Ivey School of Business and Chairman of the Business Development Campaign for Ryerson University.

Don holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta and an MBA from The University of Western Ontario Ivey School of Business
