Prior to joining Parkview, Catherine founded and operated a boutique strategic management consultancy, Great Circle Partners Inc, with multi-year relationships with corporate, entrepreneurial and private equity clients. Great Circle provided strategy development, business development, and transaction advice to companies is a broad variety of industries.

Previous to that, Catherine worked with:

  • Royal Bank Equity Partners, the bank's $500MM private equity vehicle;
  • Bain and Company in Boston, Toronto, London and Johannesburg, focusing on strategy, mergers and acquisitions including acquisition integration, and operational improvement programmes;
  • Morgan Stanley and Company, working within mergers and acquisitions and investment banking coverage in New York and Toronto

Catherine serves on the Board of Directors of Active Burgess and AMREF Canada.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Ivey School at the University of Western Ontario, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
